    • Arrival:

    Monday to Sunday: The holiday flats are ready for occupancy from 15:00.

    Departure:

    On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flats by 10.00 am.

    Price:

    All prices are per day and flat (2 persons) for min. 5 days without breakfast.
    A surcharge of € 30.00 is charged for each additional person over the age of 10. Children up to their 3rd birthday stay free of charge. A surcharge of € 20.00 is charged for children between their 3rd and 10th birthday. For bookings of 5 nights or more, the final cleaning of the flat is already included.
    For stays of less than 5 nights, we take the liberty of charging a flat rate of €50. The price includes all fees and taxes, with the exception of visitor's tax.

    Visitor's tax:

    NEW: 01.01.2024 - Tourist tax € 2.00 per person per day Since 2014 there has been a local tourist tax in Eppan. This amounts to € 2.00 per person per day and must be paid by all guests over the age of 14. This tax is collected directly on site and passed on in full by us to the municipality.

    Cancellation and trip interruption insurance:

    Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before your arrival and the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations after the 21st day, the deposit will no longer be refunded. Cancellations must always be notified in writing.
    In order to protect yourself in the event of a necessary cancellation or early departure, we recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
